the end results

During my daily walk around the lake our community surrounds, I saw the first geese I have seen at the lake.  The adults had positioned themselves between the newborns, who were resting near the water’s edge and the walking path.  I didn’t have my camera and I didn’t want to take a cell phone shot.  So I kept walking.  Two days later, to my surprise, they were still there.  But again, no camera.  However, this time, I returned with my camera.
