the end results

For two nights I drove around my neighborhood photographing homes displaying impressive Christmas lighting and colorful characters. 

The first night at 5:30 I started driving through the neighborhood stopping to photograph interesting displays. People passing me on their way home gave me curious looks. I realized I could be mistaken for someone casing homes to visit later.  But no police came to investigate. 

A couple of days later I went back at 7:00 hoping more lights would be on. There were. I used my Nikon Z 50mm f/1.8 S lens and my Nikon Z 14-30mm f/4 lens. No flash. I hope you enjoy them.
